Pixels of the Past is an open-source, non-commercial project celebrating Australian-made video games. The project enables players to "jump" through re-imagined levels, collect fun facts, and discover the legacy of classic Aussie games in this playful tribute to Australia’s gaming history!

The Hollow Knight Edition lets players explore a platforming level inspired by the original Hollow Knight (2017), collecting facts about the game along the way.

Hollow Knight (2017) is a side-scroller metroidvania created by Melbourne-based developers; Team Cherry. The game involves the player exploring a world inhabited by bugs, they must explore the ruined city beneath them as they fight bosses, unlock new abilities, and explore further areas.
